United Air Ambulance  Funds $25K Tree for Arizona Burn Foundation’s Holiday Festival of Trees

PHOENIX, Ariz. – A longtime leader in emergency response and medical evacuation is offering up a considerable donation to help Arizona’s burn victims and their families reclaim their lives and obtain critical support services.

Phoenix’s own United Air Ambulance, known internationally for its air ambulance transport services and ability to accommodate an exceedingly broad range of patient medical needs, is sponsoring a $25,000 Christmas tree as part of the Arizona Burn Foundation’s Holiday Festival of Trees. The foundation’s only annual fundraiser, the Holiday Festival of Trees offers members and organizations throughout the community an opportunity to help fund a variety of programs available throughout the year for Arizona’s burn survivors.

The signature event is set for Saturday, Dec. 5, 2015, at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa, and the lineup includes a cocktail party and reception, a Grand Ballroom opening ceremony, a live auction and a program that highlights the importance of the Foundation’s enrichment programs for the burn-surviving community. It’s a cause near and dear to United Air Ambulance President Cheyenne Lord, who has a lengthy background in emergency response and medical evacuation services and is a current board member of the Arizona Burn Foundation.

“We really want to support this cause as much as we possibly can,” said Lord, “We are a compassionate organization who understands and has seen firsthand just how critical the Arizona Burn Foundation’s support programs truly are for Arizona’s burn survivors,” said Lord.
